The 104th PGA Championship at Southern Hills officially kicked off on Monday as players arrived in Tulsa, Oklahoma, then took part in practice rounds and media duties at the famed facility.

There will be three rounds of practice, Monday-Wednesday, before balls go live on Thursday morning.
