The European Tour season is set to resume in July with six consecutive tournaments contested in the United Kingdom, aptly titled the ‘UK Swing’. The revamped season will run until December 13 with the season-ending DP World Tour stop in Dubai.

The British Masters, from July 22-25, will kickoff this new six-week stretch, two of which will be at famed Celtic Manor in Newport.

Later in the year, the Scottish Open is set to run from October 8-11 in North Berwick, with the Tour’s flagship PGA Championship stop contested the following week at Wentworth.

The European Tour was suspended on March 8 because of the coronavirus pandemic. In a statement, the Tour said the return of tournaments was subject to “stringent safety and testing protocols”.
