Max Homa shot a final-round 67 to claim his maiden PGA TOUR title at the Wells Fargo Championship.

The 28-year old California native finished his final day at Quail Hollow Club with five birdies against one bogey en route to a 15-under par total, three clear of runner-up Joel Dahmen, who posted a final-day 70.

For the win, the Cal Berkeley product earned $1,422,000 and 500 FedExCup points, while also picking up 50 OWGR points. He will move to No. 102 in the world rankings. His previous best was 261st (2015).

Runner-up Dahmen earned $853,200 along with 300 FedExCup points and 30 OWGR points. He moves to No. 80 in the world – also his best ever position.
