Dustin Johnson shot a Sunday round of 66 at Club De Golf Chapultepec to claim victory at the WGC-Mexico Championship.

Johnson finished his final day in Mexico with a card comprised of six birdies against one bogey to reach 21-under par, good for a five-shot win over Rory McIlroy.

It was the 34-year old American’s 20th career PGA Tour title, and first of the 2018-19 season. Johnson earned $1,745,000 and 550 FedExCup points, while also picking up 72 OWGR points to move to No.2 in the world, just 0.01 points behind No. 1 Justin Rose.

Runner-up McIlroy earned $1,095,000 and 315 FedExCup points, along with 43.2 OWGR points. The 29-year old Northern Irishman will move up two spots to No. 6 in the Official World Golf Rankings.
