Harris English posted a final-round 65 on Sunday at TPC River Highlands and then edged Kramer Hickok in a marathon playoff to claim victory at the 2021 Travelers Championship.
The 31-year old Georgian signed for a final-day card comprised of 11 pars, six birdies and one bogey en route to a 13-under par total, alongside Hickok.
In overtime, the top finishers traded seven straight pars before English ended it with a birdie on the eighth sudden-death hole.
The win earned English $1,332,000 and 500 FedExCup points, which moves him to No. 2 in the FedExCup standings, and No. 5 on the money list.
English also scored 58 Official World Golf Rankings points and moved to No. 12 – his best career position.
Runner-up Hickok took home a check for $806,600 along with 300 FedExCup points, and 34.8 OWGR points.
