Luke List shot a final-round 66 and then edged Will Zalatoris in a playoff to claim victory at the 2022 Farmers Insurance Open.
The 37-year-old Vanderbilt alum finished his final day at the famed Torrey Pines South Course with seven birdies against just one bogey to reach 15-under par.
List earned $1,512,000 and 500 FedExCup points, which moves him to No. 3 on the tour’s money list and No. 4 on the points standings.
He also picked up 60 Official World Golf Rankings points and will rocket up to No. 56 (from 151st) – his best career position since 2018 (No. 45).
Runner-up Zalatoris took home a check for $915,600 along with 300 FedEx Cup points and 36 OWGR points.
