The Korn Ferry Tour schedule for 2022 has been released by the PGA Tour.
The 26-tournament season launches with the Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay, Jan. 16-19, and wraps up with the Korn Ferry Tour Championship in Newburgh, Indiana, over Labor Day weekend.
The first four events take place outside the United States: the Bahamas back-to-back, then Panama, and Colombia. The KFT tees it up stateside for the first time in the fifth week in Florida.
The purses for regular events have been increased to $750,000, while the regular-season finale will offer a pot of $850,000; all three of the postseason events will offer prizes worth $1 million.
According to the tour, in 2023 season, all regular-season events will feature purses of at least $1 million.
The Golf Channel will air nine tournaments live, including all three playoff events.
