Lucas Herbert stormed to a record-breaking wire-to-wire victory at LIV Golf UK Presented by JCB, finishing at a historic 30-under par to claim his second individual title of the 2026 season.

The 30-year-old Australian, playing for Ripper GC, closed with a bogey-free 10-under 62 on Sunday at JCB Golf and Country Club in Rocester, Staffordshire, posting a four-round total of 258. He finished six strokes clear of England’s Tyrrell Hatton (who shot a final-round 63 to reach 24-under) and nine ahead of Bryson DeChambeau (21-under after a 68).

Ripper teammate Cameron Smith finished fourth at 17-under.

Herbert led throughout, after an opening 11-under 61 that set a course record. He followed with rounds of 66 and 69, carrying a three-shot lead over DeChambeau into the final day before pulling away decisively with 10 birdies. His performance set multiple LIV Golf records: the lowest winning score in the league’s history, the most birdies in a single tournament (30), and the most combined birdies and eagles (32).

The win came one week after Herbert’s strong T6 finish at The Open Championship at Royal Birkdale, where he was four shots behind winner Ryan Fox and matched a major scoring mark with a 62 in one round. He credited that form for carrying into the LIV event.

“Last week gave me a lot of confidence that I can mix it with the best guys,” Herbert said. “I just wanted to carry that into this week the best I could. It was good to play like that today when I was being pushed by two of the best players in the world.”

Herbert earned the $4 million individual winner’s prize from the $20 million purse amd moved to 46 in the world rankings. His previous 2026 LIV victory came at LIV Golf Virginia in May. Ripper GC also swept the team competition, finishing at 52-under—four strokes ahead of Jon Rahm’s Legion XIII — for their third team title of the season.
