Dustin Johnson shot a final-round 63 to claim a blowout victory at The Northern Trust.
Johnson finished his final day at TPC Boston with 11 pars, six birdies and one eagle to reach 30-under par – a whopping 11 shots better than runner-up Harris English (69).
The win was Johnson’s second of the season – both coming in New England (Travelers Championship), and 22nd of his Hall-of-Fame PGA Tour career.
Along with the trophy, the 36-year old South Carolina native earned $1,710,000 and 1,500 FedExCup points. He also secured 76 first-place OWGR points to move into the top spot in the Official World Golf Rankings.
For his runner-up finish, Harris earned $1,035,500 and 900 FedExCup points. He also picked up 45.6 OWGR points to move up to No. 53 (from 113).
