Sergio Garcia will take a three-shot lead into a Monday finish at the Andalucia Valderrama Masters after another messy day of weather suspended Sunday’s final round in Spain.
The defending champion was even-par through seven holes, and 10-under par for the tournament – three strokes clear of Lee Westwood, who was 4 under through eight holes and 7-under par total.
Already reduced to 54 holes due to weather delays and suspensions all weekend, the event’s fifth day will tee off at 9:10 am (local time).
Irishman Shane Lowry and Spaniard Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano were T3 on 6 under, one shot behind Westwood.
