Callaway has had a growing share of the ball market and at the professional level can boast of the Chrome Tour and Chrome Tour X being played consistently by tournament winners. The sales growth has been both recreational players using the same models as the professionals but also from other ball models in Callaway’s lineup. The tell me this past summer in July their total share was over 22% of the market…an all-time high.
The new Triple Diamond is a firmer feeling low driver spin ball with less short iron spin than its stablemates the Tour or Tour X.
Overall workability is slightly less as well but the Triple Diamond is targeted for play by high swing speed players looking for low-spin penetrating tee shots.
