
After two rounds of the 2017 PLAYERS Championship, Kyle Stanley and Louis Oosthuizen sit at the top of the leaderboard after each fired a 6-under 66 on Friday at TPC Sawgrass.
The pair are at 9-under 135, two strokes clear of J.B. Holmes, who is alone in third at 7-under. 54-year-old Vijay Singh, who plays primarily on the Champions Tour, is 3 shots back at 6-under
Three of the heavy favorites, entering the tournament – Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy, and Sergio Garcia – were all at even-par through two rounds, T43.
Jordan Spieth struggled even worse, and missed the cut at 4-over.
