The fan attending the Ryder Cup at Le Golf National, who was struck by an errant tee shot from Brooks Koepka, has confirmed she has lost sight in her right eye.
Further, Corine Remande told French newspapers that she will take legal action against the Ryder Cup organizers (which would most likely be the PGA and/or Le Golf National).
While Koepka felt bad and supposedly apologized, after hooking his tee shot, the 49-year-old fan claimed that the PGA has yet to reach out to her.
“Quite clearly, there is responsibility on the part of the organizers,” she told Agence France-Presse. “Officials did not shout any warning as the player’s ball went into the crowd.”
