Quotes from the Leaders

“I’ve been working on the putter a lot lately. You know, it’s one thing that I feel like it’s been holding me back a little bit.”
-Dustin Johnson (-4) on his putting

“It’s been good to me so far. I don’t know if it’s the food or the water or something, but something is clicking for me.”
-Tom Hoge (co-leader at -5) on his success in Memphis

“My new 100 percent is probably not 100. It was really hard, two major surgeries and out for a year-and-a-half. It’s been tough to get going, playing sporadically. I feel good here and love the golf course.”
-Brian Gay (-4) on his improved play
