Tony Finau produced a final-round 65 and then beat Cameron Smith in a sudden-death playoff with a par on the first extra hole to claim victory at The 2021 Northern Trust.
For his second career PGA Tour win, Finau earned $1,710,000 and 2,000 FedExCup points, which moved him to No. 1 in the FedExCup standings.
Finau also scored 78 Official World Golf Rankings points to jump back into the top 10.
Runner-up Smith took home a check for $1,035,500 along with 1,200 FedExCup points, and 46.8 OWGR points.
