It’s the first tournament of the 2019 portion of the new PGA Tour season, and one of two-straight events contested on the Hawaiian islands (with the Sony Open in Honolulu the closing stop).

The field is comprised of only 2018 calendar-year winners, and is headlined by three of the four most recent winners in Dustin Johnson (2018), Justin Thomas (2017), and Patrick Reed (2015). Jordan Spieth, who blew away the field in 2016, failed to qualify for the first time in his career after going winless in 2018.

As we do each week, here’s a look at the field in Maui, by the numbers.
