The Masters Field: By the Numbers

The season’s first major gets underway this week with the 83rd edition of the Masters Tournament. The field in Augusta, Georgia includes just 87 players, tying for the fewest since 1997, but will feature all the big names including world Nos. 1 and 2 in Justin Rose and Dustin Johnson, along with 14-time major champion Tiger Woods, and three-time Masters winner Phil Mickelson.
