Tiger Woods will make his 2019 PGA Tour debut next week at the Farmers Insurance Open.

Torrey Pines, which annually hosts the Tour’s San Diego stop, has been the venue of eight wins for Woods, including the 2008 U.S. Open.

He last won the Farmers title in 2013.

Last season, Woods used the event to make his much anticipated return to professional golf, where he finished with a respectable T23, improving his ranking – at the time – from 668th to 539th.

Woods will enter the Farmers this year with a world ranking of 12th, following a successful 2018 year, highlighted by a win at East Lake.

The field joining Woods at Torrey Pines will be stacked with stars including five of the six most recent world No. 1 ranked players in Justin Rose (2018-19), Dustin Johnson (2017-2018), Jason Day (2016-17), Jordan Spieth (2015-16), and Rory McIlroy (2014-15).

Woods’ only other commitment to date is the Genesis Open at Riviera CC, where he missed the cut last season.
