The Alabama product got off to a birdie-par-birdie-birdie start but then carded to five-straight pars to turn in 33 – a nice score, but nothing special. After a birdie-bogey start to the back, the 25-year old was 3 under through 11 holes. But then Mullinax went on a tear, finishing birdie-par-eagle-par-birdie-birdie-eagle to set a new record.

Mullinax was a teammate of Justin Thomas, and played on Alabama’s 2013 NCAA championship team. Thomas retweeted a post of Mullinax’s scorecard.
