The USGA just released this magnificently-produced video to kick off U.S. Open week. The star of the clip is Oakmont itself – with b-rolls spliced in of its memorable moments and past champions, including Johnny Miller in 1973, and Jack Nicklaus in 1962.

The close goes with a more modern, up tempo soundtrack, and b-rolls the stars of today – sort of what you’d see in a Taylor Made or Titleist TV commercial feel.

It’s quite simply a must-watch for all golf fans.
