In the morning matches of the WGC-Dell Match Play – officially called the Round of 16, Tommy Fleetwood made an ace on the par-3 4th hole en route to a 4 & 3 win over Dylan Frittelli.
After his ball dropped in the hole, the Englishman just casually smirked and kept walking.
In the video posted to Instagram by the European Tour, Frittelli commented, “So good. They didn’t catch my audio. Told them it’s going in, as it caught the slope.”
Lee Westwood, who lost in a playoff yesterday to Sergio Garcia, after the Spaniard scored a walk-off ace on the same hole, snarked, “Incredible! Amazing! Never seen anything like it! Oh wait!!! (adding three emojis)”
