Bryson DeChambeau made two late bogeys on Sunday to finish at 71 but then edged Byeong-Hun An and Kyle Stanley in a sudden-death playoff to capture the 2018 Memorial Tournament.
DeChambeau’s final round at Muirfield Village Golf Club included three birdies (Nos. 5, 11, and 12) against two bogeys (Nos. 14 and 18) to join An and Stanley at 15-under par.
On the first playoff hole (No. 18), DeChambeau and An both parred to extend the overtime, while Stanley was knocked out with a bogey.
On the second go-round of 18, DeChambeau drained a 10-foot birdie to claim his second career victory.
