The 24-year old Norwegian finished his final round at the Albany course with three bogeys against five birdies and two eagles to reach 18-under par.
With his third worldwide victory of the year, Hovland earned 48 Official World Golf Ranking points and will move to world No. 7, the best ranking of his young career.
