On Sunday at the Renaissance Club, Xander Schauffele produced a final-round 70 to claim a one-shot victory at the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open.
Schauffele’s final day in Scotland included four bogeys against four birdies en route to a four-day total of 7-under par, one better than Kurt Kitayama (66).
It was the 28-year-old Californian’s seventh career PGA Tour title, and third of the 2022 season, including the Zurich Classic, a two-man team event.
The San Diego State product secured his second victory in as many starts, playing a bag of (mostly) Callaway gear, including a Rogue driver, an Epic Speed 3-wood, Apex irons and a Chrome Soft X golf ball.
