Xander Schauffele carded a final-round 70 to claim a one-shot victory at the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open.

The 28-year-old Californian finished his final day at The Renaissance Club with four bogeys against four birdies to finish on 7 under.

Schauffele earned $1,400,000 and 500 FedExCup points. He moved up to No. 8 on the money list and No. 3 in points. He also picked up 70 world-ranking points to jump to No. 5, from 11.
