Thomas Pieters’ was not happy with Brussels Airlines when he traveled to the United States in advance of the PGA Championship only to find out his clubs didn’t make the trip with him.
this is not a joke, I need my golf clubs today. Was on the BRU-JFK flight yesterday. Please find my bag and get in touch!

Airline travel does have its ups and its downs. It’s not uncommon to lose luggage during flights, it happens all the time. Though while most travelers may be out of a suitcase and toiletries, golfers losing their golf clubs means they could be out of a job.
The list of golfers having their clubs lost by an airline seems to be growing longer by the day. Some examples include John Daly losing his clubs while flying with American Airlines, and just a couple weeks ago J.B. Holmes lost his clubs before the Scottish Open.
Now we have Brussels Airlines losing Pieters’ clubs on a direct flight to America. Hey at least Brussels Airlines reached out to help!
Dear Thomas can you please DM me the reference of your claim so I can check? /Annemie
