Rory McIlroy hasn’t picked up a golf club since a disappointing performance at the Masters (T21). But starting next week, he’ll be teeing it up in five of the next seven weeks, including two majors.
Posting a photo of his golf clubs to Instagram, McIlrory wrote, “Haven’t touched these things for 10 days…. excited to get back to work and get ready for the meat of the season! Playing 5 of the next 7 weeks and then after another mini break playing 7 out of 8 weeks in July/August.”
McIlroy’s upcoming schedule looks like this:
5/2 – Wells Fargo Championship
5/9 – AT&T Byron Nelson (Off)
5/16 – PGA Championship
5/23 – Charles Schwab Challenge (Off)
5/30 – the Memorial
6/6 – RBC Canadian
6/13 – U.S. Open
