With Bryson DeChambeau’s recent success of mixing golf with data and science, Dustin Johnson was asked if he weaves any kind of analytics into his pre-shot routine.
DJ smirked at the interviewer and said, “Yeah, I get a number (yardage), see which way the winds blowing, and I hit it. I mean there’s not really much factoring going on.”
Johnson shot a sizzling 9-under 61 on day two and leads by three shots at halftime of the Saudi International.
