PGA Tour posted a video slideshow, taking fans behind the scenes, and inside Justin Thomas’ trophy room.
The 28-year-old Kentucky native has been the PGA Tour’s most prolific winner over the past five seasons, racking up 13 of his 14 career titles, along with trophies for winning the FedEx Cup, MVP, and Money List (three times) as well as team based awards for the Presidents Cup and Ryder Cup, among others.
One of the coolest mementos, though, is a brochure from the 1960 PGA Championship at famed Firestone which lists Paul Thomas, Justin’s late grandfather, as a competitor.
Some 58 years later, JT would win the 2018 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational at the same venue with his grandparents on hand.
Thomas said the program was a gift from the father of his girlfriend Jillian Wisniewski, who purchased it on Ebay after the elder Thomas passed away in February 2021.
