With a top-10 finish at the BMW Championship, Jon Rahm earned $265,000 to finish the season with $7,705,933 and claim the 2020-21 PGA Tour’s money title.
Rahm finished the season just $67,128 ahead of BMW Championship winner Patrick Cantlay, and $279,518 clear of runner-up Bryson DeChambeau.
If DeChambeau had won the playoff he’d have also claimed the money title, himself.
Rahm becomes the fourth player in PGA Tour history to win the money title with just a single win (U.S. Open) on the season, joining Julius Boros (1955), Tom Kite (1981) and Matt Kuchar (2010).
