Jon Rahm Withdraws From WGC-FedEx St Jude Invitational

Jon Rahm, the reigning U.S. Open champion and world No. 1 golfer, has withdrawn from the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational, scheduled for August 5-8, 2021.

The 26-year old Spaniard is slated to tee it up next week in Tokyo at the Summer Olympics which ends on a Sunday, Aug. 1, four days before the opening round at TPC Southwind.

Rahm is coming off a third place finish at The Open Championship, which made him the golfe to finish in the top 10 at all four majors.
