Nelly Korda cruised to a wire-to-wire victory at Centurion Club on Sunday, claiming her third LET title at the Aramco Team Series presented by PIF – London.
Korda finished on 11 under, four better than England’s Charley Hull (68).
“I am hoping that I can take this momentum into the next couple of weeks, I have Evian and the AIG Women’s Open coming up and hopefully I have learned a little bit about the weather this week and I can take that momentum into the next two big events,” said Korda.
“I’m going to see my grandparents tomorrow. I have a couple of friends here right now, so we’ll celebrate after. I’ll be very full tomorrow.”
The win was Korda’s 13th of her career.
South Africa’s Nicole Garcia (72) finished solo third on 5 under, two clear of Ireland’s Leona Maguire (70) who earned solo fourth. England’s Georgia Hall (72) was solo fifth on 2 under – the only other player finishing under par.
Hall won the team title alongside Kylie Henry, Lea Anne Bramwell and amateur Michael Austick.
