Team USA will take a 9-3 lead into the afternoon four-ball session after winning three of the four morning foursome matches on Saturday.

In the first match of the morning, the Super Spanish team of Jon Rahm and Sergio Garcia took down the American duo of Brooks Koepka and Daniel Berger, 3&1.

It was the only point for the Euros in the morning as Rahm continued to shine for the blue and gold, racking up an undefeated record of 2-0-1.

As they did on Friday morning, Dustin Johnson and Collin Morikawa put the first points on the board for Team USA by beating Paul Casey and Tyrrell Hatton, 2&1.

Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay then made it 2-1 for Team America, edging Englishmen Lee Westwood and Matt Fitzpatrick, 2&1.

Finally, the American superstar duo of Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth came roaring back from an early 3-down deficit, highlighted by winning four of the final five holes to claim a 2-up victory over Viktor Hovland and Bernd Wiesberger.
