
Tyrrell Hatton emerged as the winner of the 2025 Hero Dubai Desert Classic, securing his fifth Rolex Series title on the DP World Tour. The Englishman finished with a final round score of 69, totaling 15 under par for the tournament, and clinching victory by one stroke over Daniel Hillier (71).
His Sunday performance was highlighted by a crucial birdie on the 16th hole, which gave him take a two-shot lead heading into the final two holes.

“It’s such an iconic event for the DP World Tour.
“To add my name to the list of the amazing champions that have been before me, and yeah, to have my name on that trophy now, yeah, it’s a dream come true.”

The win marks Hatton’s eighth title on the European tour and his third worldwide victory (Dunhill Links, LIV Golf Nashville) in his last 13 starts.
Laurie Canter, who shot a 68, finished alone in third on 13 under, one clear of Rory McIlroy and Niklas Norgaard who each posted 66s.
