Mackenzie Hughes, Louis Oosthuizen, and Russell Henley will enter Sunday’s final round of the U.S. Open with a share of the lead on 5-under par 208.

Henley, the overnight co-leader, finished his third day at Torrey Pines with four birdies against four bogeys to finish with an even-par 71.

The 32-year-old Georgia native’s best finish in a U.S. Open was T16 at the 2010 edition.

Hughes, who entered San Diego off five straight missed-cuts, closed with two birdies and an eagle on his last eight holes to reach the marquee position.

Oosthuizen, meanwhile, was 2 over par through 15 holes but finished birdie-par-eagle to secure a share of the lead.

Rory McIlroy shot a low-round 67 to move into contention on 3 under par. He was tied for fourth with Bryson DeChambeau, who carded a bogey-free 68.

Scottie Scheffler (70), Jon Rahm (72), and Matthew Wolff (73) were T6 on 2-under par.

In all there are 20 players within five shots of the lead.
