According to the PGA Tour, Brooks Koepka hadn’t made putt this season over 25 feet. Yet in just two rounds of the AT&T Byron Nelson, the reigning PGA Champ has made three of them.
The first bomb was from 35’4″. The second, due to the angle, doesn’t look that long but is 25’2″, while the third is the longest at 41’2″.
This is a good sign for Koepka heading into his title defense next week at Bethpage Black, where, with odds of 10-1, he’s one of the top-3 favorites, alongside Tiger Woods (7-1), Dustin Johnson (9-1), and Rory McIlroy (10-1).
