The 25-year-old Oklahoma native finished his final day in Los Cabos, Mexico with two bogeys against eleven(!) birdies to reach 24-under par.
With the victory, Eckroat earned $1,296,000 and 500 FedEx Cup points.
The win was Eckroat’s second of his young PGA Tour career. He’s expected to move to No. 38 (from 59th) in the Official Golf World Rankings when they get released later this evening.
