On Sunday in Memphis, Tennessee, Will Zalatoris shot 66 and then edged Sepp Straka (67) in a playoff to claim his maiden PGA Tour victory at the 2022 FedEx St. Jude Championship.
The 25-year-old Texan finished his final day at TPC Southwind with one bogey against five birdies to reach 15 under.
Zalatoris earned $2,700,000 and 500 FedExCup points. He moved up to No. 3 on the money list and No. 1 in points. He also picked up 67 (or so) world-ranking points to crack the top 10 for the first time in his career.
