Tiger Woods has split with his girlfriend of six years, Erica Herman, according to a report by TMZ.
While Tiger is typically mum on the issue, Herman apparently wants to tell her side of the story and is hoping a court will lift the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) she signed at the start of their relationship (around August 2017), per legal filings obtained by TMZ.
According to the documents, Herman claims the signed NDA should be null and void, citing the federal Speak Out Act law which “prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.”

No specific allegations of sexual assault or harassment have been made against the golf icon. Herman is represented by Benjamin T. Hodas from the Fisher Potter Hodas PL law firm, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Publicly, Herman and Tiger have not been seen together since late last summer when the pair attended the U.S. Tennis Open in New York.
We reached out to the PGA Tour and Tiger’s team but have not heard back from either party.
Update: According to USA TODAY, Herman additionally filed a lawsuit against Woods’ homestead trust. The 39-year-old claims to have had an oral agreement with Woods that permitted to remain in the house for up to five years.
“Plaintiff has continually demanded to be allowed back into her home, but Defendant’s agents have refused,” said the lawsuit against the trust, which was filed in October.
The lawsuit against the trust also claimed she was tricked by Woods’ team, who convinced her to pack a suitcase for a short vacation. When she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence, in violation of the oral tenancy agreement and in violation of Florida law.
