John Daly is really rocking the threads on the Champions Tour these days. I mean, with his new beard and loudmouth apparel, he looks like a magazine model or something.

It got me thinking: is Johnny D the best dressed and or most stylish golfer in the entire world – college, pros, tour – any tour: LPGA, PGA, Euro… you name it?

His ability to shake the style is near limitless. He puts guys like Adam Scott, Justin Thomas, and Billy Horschel to absolute shame.

My buddy thinks its the new beard that gives JD that debonair look. I’m not so sure because if you look at the photo above – from the 2019 Safeway event, he looks damn near Rico Suave level here and he had yet to grow in the fashionable fuzz.

Daly just has a certain savoir faire swag about him – just a refined suredness. It’s hard to pin down. Sure Dustin Johnson has that strut that gives off a certain cocksure vibe, but there’s just something about JD driving around in a golf cart smoking butts and sucking down Big Gulps that conveys an even more flamboyant aura.

I don’t know. But John Daly may be the best dressed in all of golf at this very moment.

Pass me another beer.
