Jon Rahm Shoots 65, Leads the Memorial After 36 Holes

Jon Rahm rode a hole-in-one to a low-round 65 and will enter the weekend at the Memorial Tournament with a two-shot lead.

The defending champion finished his second round at Muirfield Village Golf Club with two bogeys offset by seven birdies and an ace on the par-3 16th hole.

Rahm will be paired with Patrick Cantlay in Saturday’s final group. The 2019 Memorial champion was 8 under following a second-day 67 which included six birdies.

The foursome of Xander Schauffele (70), Collin Morikawa (72), Max Homa (69), and Scottie Scheffler (71) were T3 on 6 under par 138.
