Lexi Thompson’s Mom Gets All-Clear After Cancer Battle

Lexi Thompson, the Race to CME Globe points leader, will enter the Tour Championship with a clear head and happy heart.

According to Golf Channel’s Tim Rosaforte, the world No. 3 ranked-golfer reported that her mother, Judy – after a year of battling cancer, has been given a clean bill of health by doctors.

Judy Thompson will be in Naples this week to cheer on her daughter.

Reigning FedExCup Champion Justin Thomas sent out a tweet this morning, noting the “awesome news” for Lexi’s family, while calling Mrs Thompson a “trooper.”
