Little Kid Explains How Awesome it Was When Smylie Kaufman Gave Him a High Five

This 5-year-old explains in a video posted on Twitter how awesome it was when Smylie Kaufman gave him a high five during the Quicken Loans National tournament.

The family posted the video on twitter, thanking Kaufman for making this 5-year-old’s day. The young PGA star and #sb2k16 member took notice and gave the kid a tip of the cap and an invitation to come out and watch him the following day.

It’s great to see professional golfers seek out the young fans. It’s the simple things that usually mean the most to fans.

Kaufman finished T10 at the Quicken Loans National, and with his move in the FedEx Cup rankings has qualified for a spot at The Open at Royal Troon in July.

UPDATE: The woman who tweeted the video followed up with us, and thinks the kid might have an invite to the next #sb2k16 reunion.
