Phil Mickelson was on fire in the second round of the Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale.
At one point, Mickelson, who teed off on the back-side, made 4 birdies over a string of five holes (17,18, 1, 3) to get to 6-under.
Mickelson, however, struggled down stretch, dropping three bogeys (along with a birdie) over his final 6 holes, to close at 4-under-par.
Despite the tough finish, the Arizona State alum, who had a top-15 finish at Torrey Pines last week, currently sits at T13, and will be around for the weekend, once again. The estimated cut line is even-par.
