Omega Dubai Desert Classic

The European Tour wraps up its two-tournament swing through the UAE with this week’s Omega Dubai Desert Classic.

The 126-player field in Dubai is headlined by defending champion Sergio Garcia and two-time winner Rory McIlroy, who is the odds-on favorite to capture his first title since the (PGA) Tour Championship at East Lake. The four-time major champion is listed with odds of 4-1.

World No. 9 Garcia, the highest ranked player in the field, is offered at 9-1. Tommy Fleetwood, fresh off a win in Abu Dhabi, and Henrik Stenson, are listed at 10-1. Rising star Matt Fitzpatrick is at 16-1.

Tyrell Hatton (22-1), Branden Grace (25-1), Thomas Pieters (25-1), Ross Fisher (25-1), and Rafael Cabrera Bello (28-1) round out the players with odds better than 30-1.

Our payoff pick this week is Chris Paisley at 80-1. The Englishman followed up his maiden win in South Africa with a T5 in Abu Dhabi.
