Brooke Henderson won the HUGEL AIR PREMIA L.A. Open with a sizzling performance over the weekend, overcoming a wire-to-wire lead by Jessica Korda, to claim her 10th LPGA victory.

Following her milestone LPGA win, the healthy and attractive 23-year old Canadian was forced to pose for pics during the trophy presentation looking like a sick hospital patient, donning a mask that basically covered her entire face.

The five people in this picture are outside in the fresh air, and everyone at the Los Angeles golf event had to provide proof of either a COVID vaccine or a negative COVID test result.

Yet, they pose for a photo wearing masks up to their eyeballs?

I mean, why even bother – what is the purpose of the photo?

What is the so-called “science” behind requiring a mask in the trophy presentation but not two minutes earlier when she was being hugged by players and caddies (not wearing masks), and getting a water-bottle bath?

Is it simply the LPGA virtue signaling for the cameras, or is it an authoritarian edict from city (LA) and or state (CA) officials?

  1. The LPGA couldn’t be dumber. Brooke is one of the most marketable faces of the tour and they have her face covered during the presentation.

    Masks are a way for authoritarians to force their sheep to obey and be submissive. Why do you think they make women in Muslim countries wear hijabs.

  2. You are making assumptions without having the correct intel. The players are tested on a regular basis and thus known not to have COVID. The four individuals in the picture were not all tested and it was Brooke’s decision and request to have the masks. She also wore a mask during the ProAm, as was her right and her decision. It is sad that you chose to focus on a negative rather than the fact that this event was played after a year hiatus and that it went off without any incident.
