Justin Thomas carded a 67 on Sunday at Southern Hills to reach 5 under, and then beat Will Zalatoris in a playoff to win the 2022 PGA Championship.
The win was Thomas’ first of the season, and 15th of his still-young PGA Tour career. He becomes just the sixth PGA Tour player to win 15 titles, including two majors, before the age of 30, joining Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Tom Watson, Johnny Miller and Rory McIlroy.
