Shane Lowry finally waddled his way back to the winner’s circle on Sunday after claiming victory at the UAE tour’s BMW PGA Championship. And when the heavyweight golfer finally arrived for just the second time in more than 45 months, he sounded like a drunken buffoon.

The 35-year-old Irishman, who was reportedly six deep, claimed the mantle of the “good guy” in the one-sided battle with LIV.

“I think so, yeah,” said the 250-pound Lowry when asked about LIV. “I made no secrets as to how I felt about the whole thing at the start of the week.

“I wanted to go out and win this tournament for myself, first and foremost, but I think for this tour and everyone that’s stayed loyal to this tour and everyone that’s done everything for this tour, I feel like this is one for the good guys.”

  1. Drinking (and eating) the Rory and Billy Kool-Aid. These cheap, childish shots they keep taking are getting a little ridiculous now. Starting to get a sense the public is growing tired of it also. And if the rumor mill is true, other PGA guys are as well………..we shall see……..
  2. Anoints himself “jackass” more like. So sick of these petty little punks, Rory, Shane and Billy…oh, and a few others too.

Notice, the LIV guys don’t say anything…they could but they don’t. More class.
