Kevin Kisner drained a lengthy putt on the 16th hole to close out Matt Kuchar 3 & 2 and claim victory at the WGC-Dell Match Play Championship.
After defeating Francesco Molinari in the semi-finals, Kisner quickly went 1-up after the first hole at Austin Country Club.
Kuchar, who edged Lucas Bjerregaard to get a spot in the finals, squared things up with a birdie on No. 5, but after taking hole Nos. 6 and 7, Kisner never looked back, en route to his third career PGA Tour title, and first WGC trophy.
With the win, Kisner earned $1,745,000, 550 FedExCup points, and 76 Official World Golf Ranking points – by far the biggest haul of his career.
