On Sunday at Kasumigaseki Country Club in Japan, Xander Schauffele produced a final-round 67 to claim the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
Schauffele’s final day in Kawagoe, a suburb of Tokyo, included 12 pars, one bogey and five birdies en route to a four-day total of 18-under par.
The San Diego State product secured his first win since 2019 playing (mostly) a full bag of Callaway gear, from an Epic Speed driver down to Chrome Soft golf ball.
